Summary: This anime story about the city of Sugimora – Japan. It seems that this is a very ordinary city with a developed science level but in fact is the basis for a secret experiment.
This experiment uses the “Kizuna System” – a system that unites a group of people by sharing pain. It works by the mechanism that when a person in the group suffers from pain, the pain divided equally among the group members.
