Summary: Modern Shibuya. The high school girl “Kaidou Sho” suddenly gets a pencil-shaped all-purpose power “case”. One day, Emi was trapped in a grocery store robbery. Facing such a thousand pounds of hair, she used a pencil to wish a hero would show up and rescue everyone. Immediately after that, 4 superheroes appeared as Emi’s wish and their work to change the world began. And the battle between the four heroes who appear from the parallel world and those who aim for the “Case”. Looking at the backs of heroes fighting to protect the world for people, laughter learns important things as a person.
