Summary: The evil Dr. Kochin used seven dragon pillars to revive his mentor Dr. Wheelo in an attempt to destroy the world. He believes Roshi (born Qui old fairy) is the strongest warrior in the world so he kidnapped Bulma to force Roshi to surrender himself.
