Summary: Yu Yu Hakusho story about Yusuke Urameshi, a street gangster who died while pushing a baby out of the path of an oncoming car. His soul taken over by Botan, who introduces himself as the rower of the River Styx. Botan will send souls to the afterlife where they can be judged for the next life. Botan informed Yusuke that his courageous act had surprised the entire spirit world, and that they were not prepared to receive his soul. So Koenma, Enma's son, gave Yusuke a chance to re-enter his body with tests. Yusuke completed the test by saving his "girlfriend", Yukimura Keiko. After Koenma reincarnated, he assigned to detective the spirit world. His task is to investigate all the supernatural happening between the human world.
