Summary: As peaceful Okinawa became a fierce battlefield, Tetsuo was evacuated. One day I was having a good time with Norio and Hanako who became friends at the evacuation. The air raid of the US army became severe, and the two were killed in front of Tetsuo. Tetsuo escaped to Gama (natural trench) by himself. When I suddenly look at the beach, I see sea turtles spawning during the bombardment. Tetsuo wants to protect the turtle eggs. He thought to Norio and Hanako, "Let's see the baby turtles together someday". It was Tetsuo who moved the eggs to Gama so as not to be the victim of the bombardment and carefully raises them so that they would hatch. The first film in Shin-Ei's series of annual WWII themed anime television movies for children "Sensou Douwa" (war story).
