Summary: Trinity Seven. Arata Kasuga's normal life is destroyed one day when a Black Sun appears and destroys his city. And takes his cousin Hijiri away from him. Before disappearing, Hijiri offers Kasuga a magic book asking it to protect him. Kasuga wishes his town to be saved and the magic book responds by creating an illusion of his normal life and he forgets what happened. A mage is sent to investigate the event, but instead finds an illusion. She made Kasuga remember what happened and the spell was undone but the magic book tells him that Hijiri is alive.
