Summary: The story revolves around the love affair between Niiya Teiichi and Kanoe Yuuko. Yuuko is a girl who dies mysteriously, her body is never found and her soul is trapped in the old school building where Teiichi is studying. Teiichi initially joins the club to investigate paranormal events caused by ghosts in school. Almost all of these events were created by Yūko, though by accident.
