Summary: The era of the Shang dynasty in China in the 11th century BC. The emperor of the time, King Zhou, was a prestigious person who was hailed as both Bunbu and Budo, but since he welcomed the incredible beauty, Daji, as his princess, he has become like a soul shell. In fact, Daji was a wicked hermit who manipulated the emperor by temptation and drew fellow youkai hermits into the royal palace to spend her days in luxury. On the other hand, Yuanshi Tianzun, the instructor of the Kunlun Mountains, worried that the human world will be devastated by the witches of Daji, and carries out a big project "Hoshin Engi" that straddles the human world and the hermit world.
