Summary: The story takes place in a very strange world, where a samurai sword is paired with advanced weapons. Seven people, seven separate personalities, but they share the same heroic, martial and idealistic nature to protect the good people. In Kanna village, they repay the samurai with sweaty rice grains made by their own hands. Four of the seven samurai died, and three of the survivors traveled around after completing the quest. Kambei bitterly told Shichiroji: "Once again, we are alive." Thanks to them, the old era ended. A new, better era opens with Japan and the village of Kanna. The closing scene of the movie is the grave of four dead samurai lying on a hill, next to the villager flag Kanna had made for the old group to go against Nobuseri. Although those graves do not have names, it is easy to recognize whose tombs are, thanks to the swords of each person placed on the tombs.
