Summary: The 9th movie version of Pokemon is a big adventure of the sea. In order to protect Manaphy, the phantom Pokemon, Satoshi and his friends join forces with the Pokemon Ranger to confront the pirates. Lost Satoshi, Pikachu, and Haruka helped by the Marina troupe, which is famous for its underwater Pokemon show. The troupe was a descendant of the water people who could communicate with Mizu Pokemon. Meanwhile, a pirate group led by a villain Phantom appears aiming at the egg of the phantom Pokemon "Manafi" possessed by the troupe. Manaphy is born in Haruka's hands during the scramble. Satoshi and the troupe and Jackie, the Pokemon Ranger, struggle to bring Manaphy to the legendary Temple of the Sea.
