Summary: The 19th movie version of Pokemon. Satoshi meets Volcanion, a phantom Pokemon that hates people. Although they collide, they involved in a big incident over the artificial Pokemon Magearna. Satoshi and Pikachu continue their journey and meet the phantom Pokemon Volcanion. Volcanion, who lives to protect the injured Pokemon, hates people. But for some reason Volcanion and Satoshi are tied together by a mysterious chain, and they are forced to accompany them. Meanwhile, Jarvis, the minister of the kingdom of Azot, the city of Karakuri, acquires Magearna, a man-made Pokemon that was created 500 years ago and was missing, and plans to rule the kingdom with its power.
