Summary: The final chapter of the series that settles the 13-year fateful confrontation between Amuro and Char. In U.C 0093, Char had been missing in the Grips War, became General Neo Zeon and declared war on Earth. To free the spacenoids suffering from federal squeeze, Char carried out a "global cooling operation" to purge humanity on Earth. He obtained the former Neo Zeon's giant space fortress Axis.
