Summary: The second Gundam OVA series between the One Year War (Mobile Suit Gundam) and the Grips Battle (Mobile Suit Z Gundam). It depicts the new mobile suit robbery incident that occurred in Universal Century 0083, centered on the confrontation between the federal army Kou Uraki and the Zeon army Anavel Gato.
