Other Name: Liz and the Blue Bird, Gekijouban Hibike! Euphonium: Mizore to Nozomi no Monogatari, Hibike! Euphonium: The Story of Mizore and Nozomi, Hibike! Euphonium Movie: Mizore to Nozomi no Monogatari, リズと青い鳥

Summary: This is own movie Hibike! Euphonium, about the friendship between Mizore and Nozomi. Liz to Aoi Tori is also the name of the symphony that the Kitauji school band in the film chooses to perform when entering their senior year, inspired by the story of a girl Liz and a blue bird to accompany her. That fairy tale told by the film in parallel with the daily happenings in school, between practice hours, becomes a metaphor for Mizore and Nozomi to reflect on their friendship. The symphony also plays a similar role. Mizore plays the oboe, Nozomi plays the flute, the two describe the relationship Liz and the blue bird with their respective music. The central idea may be very simple - intersection and non-intersection - but it has three layers of implementation: Liz and blue bird, oboe and flute, Mizore and Nozomi.
