Summary: Unaired episode released with the seventh volume of the Blu-ray & DVD. It consists of three short episodes newly written by the manga author Fujiwara Cocoa. Fujiwara also designed a new character called Hana-chan for the episode. The story revolves around the characters Ririchiyo Shirakiin and Sōshi Miketsukami along with the hilarious neighbors in the Ayakashi Mansion apartment building. This place is a special building with strong security system, home to people with super powers. The movie opens when the girl Ririchiyo Shirakiin, a child of a powerful blood-loving ghost family, moves to room number 4 in the apartment. Here, each homeowner has a bodyguard following the guard and Ririchiyo Shirakiin's SS (Secret Service) is the main fox, Sōshi Miketsukam. Their love story progresses slowly and gently, accompanied by a close friendship that holds the neighbors together.
