Summary: Elfen Lied tells about Lucy, a girl unlike any normal human who exists in her as a genetic mutation with two horns on her head (diclonius), possessing an invisible power. She escapes from a research site on a coastal island of Kamakura in Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan after killing staff of the research site. After escaping one day, Lucy lay exhausted on the beach and there she ran into a young Kohta with her e-sister Yuka walking around the beach.
