Summary: Nobita wants to swim in Tokyo city. So Doraemon used the Artificial Sea Water Simulator to pump water to fill the city. That night Doraemon and Nobita used sensory goggles and duck feet to scuba dive to walk around the city across the country. Suddenly a shark threatened people and Doraemon was forced to turn off the pump. The group of friends discovered a mermaid girl lying unconscious in the grove named Sophia. They took her home and learned of her status as a Mermaid Kingdom princess. Your group has a tour of that Kingdom. Unfortunately, Shizuka was taken away by the king of the Fiend of Fish - Buikin - because she was mistaken as a Princess. Buikin wants to exchange Shizuka for the Mermaid God Sword. The rest of the friends find a way to create a fake sword in exchange with Buikin and save Shizuka before running out of water adaptive light. Although Shizuka was saved, when Buikin discovered the truth, the real god sword was stolen. The party must fight Buikin and win. Then they returned home with beautiful memories of Sophia and the Mermaid.
