Summary: Conan has a problem with Conan again. And this case originates from a legend about Koumijima island, a beautiful island located in the Pacific Ocean. Legend says that there is an old house on the seabed called "Villa on the seabed" with two female pirates, "Anne Bonney" and "Mary Read". They have left behind some treasures from about 300 years ago. Conan and the others go to Koumi Island on vacation when they encounter treasure hunters. One of those guys was searching for the "Ocean Villa" when a shark attacked and died. They later discovered that the fish's blood had been plastered on the hunter to lure the shark. With that clue, Conan and everyone started investigating the culprit behind everything.
