Summary: Shinichi is a famous high school detective who used to waste a lot of paper in the press. One day, like many other high school students, he and his girlfriend Ran go to the Tropical Land amusement park that just opened. While playing at the park, Shinichi accidentally witnessed a suspicious transaction of the Black Organization. Not long after, he hit with a poison called APTX-4869, causing Shinichi to shrink into a boy.
