Summary:The main character in this story is Takanashi Rikka, she always imagines that she has supernatural powers and that those around her have similar powers. Along with Rikka is Togashi Yuuta, who is seen as Rikka's senior. Since middle 2 he has always considered himself Dark Flame Master - a dark hero. When he was in high school, Yuuta tried to shake off his bad past with his "Fantasy Syndrome" (chuunibyou), as it made him extremely embarrassed by transferring to a high school far away. By chance Rikka has just moved into her sister's apartment in the apartment building where Yuuta lives, and so the two meet. When Rikka was trying to escape her older sister, Takanashi Touka armed with a scoop, by climbing down from her balcony to Yuuta's house, but what was funny was that her legs were too short to reach the ledge. The downstairs balcony means the balcony in front of Yuuta's room. Seeing that, he used his hand as a support for Rikka and the two met, and the stories surrounding them also started from there.
