Summary: Six years after the Chaos Head incident, the Shibuya earthquake has had many unpredictable consequences. The ruined city of Shibuya has almost been reborn back to its previous era, though the wounds and symptoms of "Chaos Child" - a form of CSS that appeared after the earthquake - are still present in most young people at Shibuya. CCS patients age early, and trapped in a collective delusion that separates them from the outside world. Thinking that the peace in Shibuya was gradually recovering, a series of serial killers called "New Generation Madness" six years ago suddenly returned. Miyashiro Takuru, president of the Press Club at Hekiho High School, investigates the case without knowing that this case is something that will change his life and world forever.
