Summary: Based on the toy Beyblade released by Takara, it is a TV anime work that depicts the story of boys aiming to be the best in the world in the Beyblade battle. The main character is Takao, a boy with a short-circuited and madcap personality, but with a sense of justice and a passion for bay battles. He features fluffy bangs and back hair and wears a trademark cap backwards. His father, an archaeologist, travels abroad for professional purposes, and his mother died at an early age. His older brother, Jin, is also away from home because he and his father went abroad for archeology, and now lives with his grandfather. At first, Takao enjoyed a bay battle with a familiar person, but after meeting various rivals such as Kai and Max, he participated in the world competition as a member of the BBA team and experienced a battle with strong enemies.
