Summary: Ajin has a fictitious background when humans discover there are individuals in his community that cannot die. Those people were constantly, reincarnating, rapidly recovering their state just before the time above. The strange creature has a shape similar to a human, although once lived as a human, it was immediately marginalized with the name "Ajin". Medical student Nagai Kei was a very ordinary person until the car rushed to cause a catastrophic accident. Nagai did not die and his next life spanned in a laboratory with number 003.
