Summary: The story begins with an unnamed 15-year-old Priestess joining her local expedition guild, and begins first mission. This quest involves taking down a number of goblins, which sounds easy for a novice like the Priestess. The guild members had warned Priestess not to go on her own, so she joined some other new adventurers. Together they headed to the designated area but when they encountered the goblins, they were quickly overwhelmed ... The goblins are smarter than anyone else. They quickly captured, raped and killed the other members of Priestess, and just as she was about to undergo similar torture, she was saved by another adventurer. The man was known as the Goblin Slayer and as the name suggests, he spent many days hunting for goblins. Priestess chose to follow the Goblin Slayer after he wiped out the goblins and eventually became the first member of his party.
