Summary: Zankyou no Terror Dub. Nine and Twelve break into a nuclear-fuel recycling facility, steal plutonium, and leave a VON in red paint. Some time later, claiming to be Sphinx 1 and 2, Nine and Twelve leave a mysterious clip online, claiming to engulf Tokyo in darkness. At first, people just watched the clip above as a joke, until everything came true. Together with Lisa, a female student who is suffering from the bullying of her classmates, reluctantly drawn into this terrorist plan, Nine and Twelve respectively post their threats about The terror is about to take place.
