Summary: The story begins with a name that considered a threat by the Japanese government, but Conan's superhuman mind will prevent any possible disaster when the subway tunnel explodes. Conan finds out that there is a connection between a village that moved for a dam project, and he has to race to stop the criminal before a murder occurs. Immediately after the successful re-election as the leader, the governor of Tokyo faced with a threatening letter filled with hatred. The next day, the governor of Tokyo, the former Minister of Construction and Transport of Japan, was the victim of the horrific accident that blew up the subway on the newly completed system. So the Tokyo police department and Conan must embark on a challenging investigation to find the culprit of the assassination.
