Summary: The story begins when a Japanese boy Shuzo Matsutani or Shu stumbles upon a mysterious girl watching the sunset on a city chimney. While talking to her, Shu is suddenly attacked by a group of people and dragged into a strange and harsh world. There he witnessed the struggle for the scarcity of water from the opposing forces.
