Summary: The story takes place in the Shibuya district of Tokyo in 2009. Takumi lives in a truck barrel on top of a building. He was discussing the murders of "New Generation Madness" in Shibuya with his online friend Grim, when a man named Shogun sent a photo file of a man tied on a wall to Takumi. The next day, during a rare escape from home, Takumi sees a pink-haired girl causing the murder in the photo sent by the Shogun, scared away from the scene. A few days later, a pink haired girl named Sakihata Rimi comes to a conversation with Takumi at school, thinking that he is about to be killed by Rimi but is told that they have been friends for over a year. Believing the Shogun is targeting him, Takumi tries to avoid seeing murder scenes and getting entangled in New Gen cases, Takumi has attracted the attention of the investigating police. Meanwhile, the murders continue to go on and it seems that the Shogun is actually targeting him. Takumi continues to suffer delusions and hallucinations, unsure of what is real and who he believes in. In an illusion, the Shogun appears as an old man in a wheelchair, telling him that many more people will die unless he awakens.
